Of course, we will provide you with technical support, but our support details will only appear under your main account. Should your clients need additional credits, they can request them directly from you and you can purchase add-ons or upgrade their account within sendcube – all this can be done without any mention of us.

  • We Don't Sell Or Rent Email Addresses
    sendcube's business is to provide an email marketing system that allows you and your clients to conduct email marketing correctly and safely. Selling or renting email addresses is not our business and will never be, because we are totally against such practices. Clients who are found to have purchased or rented email address for their campaigns will have their account terminated immediately. We take a serious stand on this, simply because our clients trust us to provide them with good service and we intend to do just that. We take pride in our brand name and services, and earning "easy money" is not part of our business practices.

  • Whitelists & Blacklist Monitoring
    We understand how important it is for your clients' email campaigns to reach their audience. That is why at sendcube, we place high importance on email deliverability. We ensure all our servers are whitelisted and we set up Feedback Loops with major ISPs. We also monitor our IPs from being blacklisted on a daily basis and should we ever get blacklisted, we will work on delisting our IPs from the blacklist immediately and at the same time, move all affected clients to a good IP.

  • Private Label Not Enough?
    If you are an agency with a high monthly send volume, and would like to have your own dedicated server, domain name and IP address, sendcube can provide you with these services. Email us and tell us your requirements; we will be happy to get back to you with our recommendations and quotation.

Quick Questions & Answers

Do I need to install anything to access sendcube?
There are no special requirement or set up needed to access sendcube. sendcube is a web-based system and the only thing that you need to access sendcube is a JavaScript-enabled web browser and an internet connection. Once you have signed up an account with sendcube, we will email you your password and you can start preparing your lists and sending your campaigns.

Do I need to pay any set up fees?
We want to make things as simple as possible and transparent for our customers. There are no set up fees or any hidden costs to start a sendcube account. You can choose to sign up for our Monthly plans and pay your subscription fees on a monthly basis or Pay As You Send plans and purchase email sending credits which have no expiry date on when they must be fully utilized. For our Monthly plans, there are no long-term contracts, all contracts are month to month with auto renewal. All accounts come with 500 MB of server space which you can use to store your images and HTML files and you can purchase more server space for $10.00 for each 100 MB if you need too.

How do I start an agency account with sendcube?
There are no special account needed to start an agency account. By default, all sendcube accounts already come with the ability to create additional users. You do not need to have additional set up or pay additional fees to have that capability. The only things that you have to take note of are the following:-

  1. The minimum credits you can assign to a user is 1,000 email credits. For example, if you have 2 colleagues who need to send 1,000 emails per month, you can sign up for our lowest plan of 3,000 email sending credits per month and create 2 user accounts, allocating 1,000 email credits to each of them. This will leave you with 1,000 email sending credits which you can choose to use for your own or create another user and assign the final 1,000 to that user account.

  2. User created will follow the type of plan you signed up for. If you signed up for a Monthly plan, all your users will be monthly plan users. Similarly for Pay As You Send plans, your users will also be a Pay As You Send users.

If you would like to have the option to give a Monthly or Pay As You Send plan to your clients, you will need to sign up one Monthly plan and one Pay As You Send plan and put your clients on the respective plan. To learn more on how to create users in your account, please click here.

I'm selling sendcube to my customers, can I use your website contents on my website and marketing materials?
Yes, you can but sendcube will remains the rightful owner of the contents. You can carry on using the contents as long as you are an active customers of sendcube. We also allow our reseller customers to use our blog articles on their own blog but they are not allowed to distribute the articles to other websites, blogs or ezines websites. In the event that you cease using sendcube, you must promptly stop using them by removing all the contents from your website, blog and other marketing materials.

Can I choose to pay in my own currency other than US$?
Currently we accept payment in US$, EURO and Sing$ only. Other currencies will be added when there is large volume of users from that country who would like to pay in their own currency

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes,  you can cancel your account at any time (even though we hope you won't) but it  will only take effect on the following month, and we will not be able to refund  you the current month's billing.

Upon cancellation, we will keep your account open for one month to allow you to export your data for your own safe keeping, after which, our system will  automatically delete all your data from our servers. All data deleted will not  be retrievable.
