sendcube respects and protects the privacy of our customers and those who use our websites and services. The following Privacy Policy provides details about how we collect and use your personal information and how we handle your subscriber lists on the sendcube system.

Collection

sendcube solely owns the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties. We collect information from our site visitors and customers at several points on our website.

Registration Form

No registration is required to view the sendcube website except when you register as a trial or paying customer to use the sendcube system. Such information is collected and stored on our servers or internal computers.

Newsletter Subscription

You must register using the subscription form provided and confirm your subscription via a link provided in our confirm opt-in email to receive newsletters from sendcube. Such information captured is solely used by sendcube and will not be sold, shared or rented to any third parties. If you are a sendcube customer, you will not be automatically added to our newsletter mailing list unless you register yourself through our newsletter subscription form. All newsletters will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled by clicking on our one-click unsubscribe link, which will activate your browser to inform you of your unsubscribe request and the action we have taken, as well as an email to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, for your safekeeping. No further communications will be sent to you.

Payment Information

All credit card information is stored by our payment gateway provider, WorldPay. sendcube does not store such information on our computers or servers and we do not have access to our customers' credit card numbers. Our payment gateway provider will contact you via email to inform you of your payment status only and we will issue receipt of payment emails to the main email address in your account with sendcube.

Sharing

We will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties for their promotional use or any other use, except for your aggregated demographic information, which we might share with third parties in the event they would like to know the aggregate demographics of our customers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties.

Linking To External Websites

The sendcube website may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and for information purposes. If you access these links, you will leave the sendcube website. We do not control these sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. Customers Communication, Subscriber Lists, Campaigns & Reports

• Customer Email Communication
  sendcube communicates with our customers on a regular basis and most communication is done through email. This type of email communication, better known as transactional emails, is different from our newsletter email as the communication relates to the customer’s account with sendcube, such as payment receipts, service announcements, system alerts, automated emails from the sendcube system, or support response emails. Such emails may or may not have an unsubscribe link.
  
  sendcube will not send any promotional or advertisement emails to our customers unless they have signed up for our newsletter. All promotions or advertisements appearing on our newsletter are for sendcube's own usage as sendcube does not sell or accept any promotions or advertisements from third parties.

• Our Customers' Subscriber Lists
  All subscriber lists are fully owned by the customers and not sendcube and can be exported out from our system at any time during an active account period and 30 days after account cancellation or termination, after which it will be totally deleted from our system.
  
  We will never use, share, rent or sell our customers' subscriber lists to any third parties, or take them for our own use. However, we will have to release our customers' subscriber lists if it is required by the law.
  
  Selected sendcube employees will have access to our customers' lists for account maintenance, support, approval or abuse monitoring purposes. Such employees are trained and informed on the importance of respecting and keeping our customers' subscriber lists secure at all times. We will take serious action towards employees who fail to practice this.

• Review Of Our Customers' Campaigns
  All campaigns sent out through the sendcube system will be reviewed. The purpose is to ensure that no illegal or unacceptable content is being sent out through the sendcube system. To learn more, please visit our Terms Of Use and Anti-Spam Policy pages.
  
  In the course of reviewing our customers' campaigns, we might come across campaigns that are exceptional in terms of design or good practices, and may like to feature such campaigns on cubevibes, sendcube's own blog. sendcube will first get in touch with the customer and inform the customer of our intention, and upon approval from the customer, will write an article based on the customer's campaign. We will then submit the article to the customer for their approval before it is published on cubevibes.

• Our Customers' Campaign Reports
  sendcube will have access to our customers campaign reports, for the sole purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse of the sendcube system. A customer who receives a certain percentage of bounces or complaints will be automatically flagged by our system and the sendcube team will be informed.
